Shipping
We process most of our collection jewel orders within 14 business days. We ship internationally to over 30 countries around the world. Please email us for international rates. We use FedEx via Express Service for our orders. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at an additional charge. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. We can only ship to a physical address (No P.O. Boxes) and ask for a signature on reception of the parcel.
Layaway Plan
If you happen to fall in love with one of our jewels at a time where your budget is limited; we can offer you an extended payment option through our Layaway Plan.
A 50% down payment is required to place a jewel on layaway. Send us an email describing the way you will pay and the duration of your Layaway. Once you place a jewel on layaway and have paid the down payment, we will place your order and the jewel will be ready in 2 weeks. Your jewel will be shipped immediately after you have completed the balance payment.
Return Policy
Our goal is to make you happy, but if for some reason you are not completely thrilled with your new jewel and decide to return it, please notify us within 3 business days. Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will issue a credit purchase excluding shipping and handling charges. We do accept exchanges on most of our jewels. All documents must accompany the item purchased. We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you will still be able to exchange it.

The more you buy...the more you save...with our "New Customer Loyalty" purchase plan. We value our clients and you deserve to be rewarded! When you make your second purchase from our store, you will receive a 3% discount off any piece of jewelry from our regular collection. For every purchase thereafter, you will receive a 5% discount from our retail store price! These discounts can not be combined with any other promotions or offers. You deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty!
